They were very prompt in contracting us initially. They then followed up the morning they were to be here, they were fast, courteous and clean. I would recommend them to others in need of plumbing repairs.

The originally scheduled plumber had vehicle problems. Metzler was very good about notifying me of the problem, communicating the status, and rescheduling to meet my schedule.

Excellent service! The person - Jen Metzler - who set the appointment was extremely courteous and scheduled the work at my convenience , then followed up to let me know technician was on the way. The technician was courteous, prompt, very knowledgable and professional. He really went above and beyond to solve the problem. I would use Metzler again and will reccomend them to my friends.

The service provider was quite efficient took care of the problem quickly and left the job sit clean and neat. The price was slightly on the high side but not out of line.
