Medical Insurance

Nexcess offers two affordable medical plan options, including an HSA (Health Savings Account) through Blue Cross Blue Shield. We offer employee only options, as well as family coverage. We also have a FSA (Flexible Savings Account) available.

Catered Meals

Nexcess provides a weekly catered lunch and breakfast from various local restaurants.

Dental / Vision Insurance

Comprehensive dental coverage is offered by Blue Cross Blue Shield. Comprehensive vision coverage is offered by EyeMed. We also offer options for short-term and long-term disability.

Health & Wellness

We have an Employee Assistance Program that provides additional resources for life’s emergencies. We have several committees of team members that focus on employee wellness and work-life balance.

The company will match up to 3% dollar for dollar of each paycheck for enrollees with additional contribution options available.
