Recent Review: They did an awesome job. I have a small 1/2 bath that had old wallpaper that was peeling off and had damaged the underlying drywall. They removed the wallpaper, resurfaced the drywall and painted the bathroom perfectly. It was a small but labor intensive job. I chose them because of their reviews on Angie's List and I'm super satisfied that I did. Their employees are top notch. They treated my house with respect and were super detail oriented. I recommend them highly and would use them again without hesitation. I'm sure that you could find a cheaper painting company in South Florida, but If you want quality and reliability, Cleanpower is it.

Recent Review: To get an idea of the scope, I am write a lead in to my review. This way you understand how bad my home was. I bought a home that had a rodent issue. My HOA took responsibility as they neglected the Spanish Tiles for years. Some had fallen off to the point where you could get your wrist through some of the holes. There was a tree next to the house also neglected rubbing the home. As a result rodents ran up the tree and made nests in my attic. The HOA hired a rodent company called the, "RAT EXPERTS" who were supposed to come in, close the gaps in my roof, trap, remove as well as completely restore my attic as it was a very bad infestation. These so called professionals came into to remove the old insulation so they could vacuum, disinfect and deodorize supposedly. Instead they kicked off the High Pressure Sprinkler head in my attic flooding my home with high pressure fire suppression water while starting their clean up. After we got the water stopped they left. They came back 5 days after and didn't do a very good job. They found 8 dead rats in my ceiling in total, as well as lots of feces, (3 1/2 hours to vacuum) and soiled with urine all over insulation and ceiling drywall. In fact it has come to light that they never completed the work and made my home uninhabitable. Long end short I had rat feces infested water spewed all over the place. My home developed very bad mold, I had cockroaches and black Death Flies and 8 rats dead in the attic. It smelled horrible for months and only got worse as the bloom grew in my air ducts. Here's where Linda and Gary came in. I was hitting roadblocks trying to find a specialist in this area. I found Linda and it started off fantastic. She knew what she was talking about and was easy to deal with. Then I met Gary her husband who until you understand him is not easy to communicate with. Once you understand him, you understand he knows what he's doing. He might not communicate well, but he follows though like it was his own home and he is good people. He is serious about his work and makes sure it done and you are happy! More than impressed with his personnel as they were very respectful of my home and belongings. Nothing is perfect, but these guys are as close to that you will find in South Florida. I am very thankful that they helped me. My house was a mess.... So much so when Gary first came over he could barley take the smell and couldn't wait to leave. They literally had to use two separate Chlorine Dioxide booms to kill the smell. And even still I catch a hint of rat smell. Gary told me to call him in two weeks if I still smelled rat and he will boom again. Thanks Certified Mold and Allergen Free Corp!

Recent Review: Eddy Jr was our point of contact and he did a good job painting the interior of our home. He did more than expected and saved the day with a lot of help doing drywall repairs at the last minute after our HVAC guy tore up the ceiling to lay some HVAC lines.... Eddy Jr is a fine person to deal with. As an out of towner using angies list to find a painter in Miami for a winter house, I am glad I found Eddy Jr. Eddy Jr Really does a good job, maybe even better than the guys who painted my house in Kentucky... at least tied... I'll use him again when I need some more painting done. Maybe more expensive than others? maybe not... his work is well worth what he is charging(he's not the cheapest). Could be a bit more expensive, but compared to a recent paint job on a neighbors home done by the "lowest bidder" ---Well holy crap, you don't want to go with the lowest bidder around here... i.e. cut work, texture.... Eddy is all over his guys every day... As a retired Air Force pilot, I have certain "attention to detail" requirements, and Eddy met those needs as expected.

Recent Review: I lived in California and only had a little over a month to complete the work before my family moved to Florida. John was under a major time crunch and communicated with me from 2500 miles away. He communicated very well by phone and email including sending pictures of the work being done. I am a contractor in California and I have built houses, done additions, and remodels. I can say that the quality of Villa's work and professionalism was awesome! John and his team are the real deal. They do what they promise and are very reasonable with any surprises or unforeseen situations. The house was amazingly ready for my family to move into when we arrived in Florida. I am grateful to John and his company for getting this done and doing such great work. In fact, I hired John and his team to do other significant other upgrades to the house since we moved in. I will post that review later.

Recent Review: What can I say. The crew exceeded my expectations. Frank was responsive from the first phone call all the way through delivering on time. Most companies quoted me as a 5 day job but frank did it in 4 all the while delivering quality work. Jason and Luis were great and also very courteous. After the wallpaper was removed which I may say was not easy, the entire home looked like a tornado went through it. There were many dry wall issues but Frank and his team patched and sanded like there was no tomorrow. After everything was said and done the home looked completely transformed. All their cutting, drywall work, preparation before the paint job was bar none the best I've seen. I would recommend them to friends and family without any question. The price was fair. As far as I'm concerned Balestrieri Painting under promised and over-delivered!! Thank you Frank and Jason for transforming our first home so my family and I can enjoy for years to come!!!
