We paid for a month of service and they took care of our mouse problem. We apparently had several mice and the exterminator came every time one was caught and cleaned it up and reset the traps. They were friendly, polite and professional. They caught a total of 5 or 6 mice which freaked us out because we had no idea that many were around. Their traps worked right away and within the first week or two the problem was taken care of. I will note that you have to be flexible with their estimated arrival times as sometimes with Miami traffic and other customers running over they would on occasion arrive up to an hour past the estimated time. Also to note is they did not seal entry points around the house, just extermination. I felt that for the price it would have been nice to have some sort of entry point issues dealt with. Mouse extermination was quick and effective though, we were thankful for their service.

I had a rat problem in my small studio apartment.I tried another pest control company that only gave me a couple of snap traps and two glue traps. that were highly inefficient. I called Rodent and Wildlife and was greeted by a gentleman called Bob(Ibelieve he is the company president) and was impressed on his knowledge on rat extermination.They came punctually as agreed and 3 days later the rats were gone. They use a highly efficient powder that doesn't leave any smells and no... no smelly death rats either. They are simply gone. I highly recommend this company

They did attic rat extermination, which was successful. Metal Coverings were put over roof soffits and attic traps set with bait. Coverings remain to keep rats out. Problem solved.

It was a pleasure doing business with James. He explained the process and in two weeks, I was rat free. He sanitized the attic however I have not gone forward with replacing the insulation.

The team was very thorough. They came out to inspect where the rats were. I thought I had one or maybe two little ones, but it turned out there was quite a number of them that had gotten in and were living in my attic and had almost completely consumed the insulation in the attic. The team assessed the damage, photographed everything, determined the course of action. They came in multiple times over a 3 week period to check the traps and remove the rats. They cleaned everything and resprayed insulation in the attic. They closed up what they determined were some entry points on the outside of the house that allowed the critters to get access. Their work in the attic loosened a few lighting cans in the living room ceiling, but they came out right away and fixed those. It is a little on the expensive side, but they did an incredibly thorough job. I was very impressed.

They were very responsive throughout the estimate process. They called me back and took time to answer my questions. They estimated that it was going to cost about four hundred dollars for them to remove the mice with no other services. I decided not to go with them, because the price for the work was so high.

Super Service Award Recent Review: It went very well. Rob was polite, prompt, professional and did the job! He found the entrance for the Rat, an open pipe from long ago. He found a cap in his bag of tricks that sealed the open pipe. This was above and beyond. Traps were set, but cap did the trick. Thanks Rob!
Recent Review: Jeff Narum and his crew were great. Jeff was friendly, professional, and very informative on what they can and were going to do to resolve our problem. The team did a great job sealing up the house, attic, and garage to avoid further animal entries. Jeff even participated in a not so great prize at the end scavenger hunt in my garage due to a bad odor. After an hour, Jeff finally discovered a group of rats that had crawled into the back of my outside refrigerator and died. After a few trips checking the traps in the attic, it appears that there are no more rats and the fun scratching noises have stopped. Jeff completed the job with decontaminating and sanitizing the attic. Best of all there is a guarantee. The cost may have seemed high, but Jeff and the Omega company are worth it.

The price was fair for the work done, which was a dirty job of going into the garage attic and removing insulation that was filthy from rat droppings. Would definitely recommend!
