GAGLIOTI INSTRUMENT LABSJoe is a fifth generation clock repairman, and it shows. Joe came to my house, disassembled the main parts of my antique grandfather clock, quoted me a fair price, took the essential items with him, and spent a couple of weeks cleaning and repairing it. He came back when he said he would, with everything ready to be reassembled, which he did quickly and efficiently. Now, for the first time in many years, the clock works perfectly, and I get to hear the soft sound of the swinging pendulum and the muted musical tones of the chimes of this family heirloom. I trusted Joe with this beloved piece of my childhood, and I couldn't be happier with the care and craftsmanship that he put into his work. I had turned to Joe after being previously ripped off by someone else who took $250 from me, and an hour after he left the clock stopped working, and then he wouldn't stand by his work. My experience with Joe was the exact opposite. If there were a way to give him a higher rating than an "A", I would do that. He is absolutely the real deal.- STEVEN S.

Josef's Clock & Watch ShopIt went well. There are easy to find, parking is easy, brought in clocks, gave then 50% down and 50% when completed. Clocks were fixed when they said they would be fixed. This is obviously their business. They are not personable or friendly, but very business-oriented. No muss- no fuss! As for the cost of it, I wanted to take these clocks to a proper clock repair person who knew what he or she was doing. I felt comfortable perhaps paying more for that assurance.- HELEN R.

WILLIAMS CLOCKSWilliam is a very pleasant, professional, young man, who from start to finish knew I could trust with my clock. I have recently moved to South Florida from Chicago and needed to have my clock repaired and adjusted from the move. I had called several other places and William was the first one to promptly return my call and respond to my need. He came to my home, as my clock is a Grandfather clock (valued at $5,000.00), explained in detail the problems and what it would entail to fix them. Lindell's Grandfather Clock RepairOne of the weights fell off my 27 year grandfather clock, we were unable to put it back on and it also knocked out of place the button of the clock. WILLIAMS CLOCKSByron arrived when he said he would and took the clock movement, chimes, face and chains back to the shop to work on. He was always very careful not to damage the cabinet or the clock mechanisms. We did call and ask about the clock a couple of times since we had no experience with clock repair. He or his wife were always very nice and answered our questions thoroughly. About 6 weeks after picking up the clock he returned it to us. Again he showed up on time. He was very considerate about working around our schedule. Unforntuately, the clock stopped working and he had to return at no additonal charge. He is a talented meticulous worker. I can not say enough about how courteous he is and very punctual. On his last visit which we scheduled late in the day, he was running behind but called to let me know that he would be about 20 minutes late. I will definitely depend on him to maintain our clock in the future. I would recommend him to anyone who needed to have work done on a clock. At sometime we plan to have him work on a cuckoo clock we have in storage.- Sharon D.
