If I could give Peter Giza and his Giza Roofing Solutions six stars, I would. I did a lot of research to find a company to re-shingle our large house. After seeing Giza's highly rated reviews, I got a bid and ended up choosing the company. I was going to be gone while the job was being done, so I was somewhat concerned shortcuts might be taken, so I asked a good friend who was a contractor for decades to check when the work was done. I couldn't be happier with the work Giza did on our home. They did a beautiful job. My friend only found a couple of very small issues that needed to be fixed and Giza was there within a couple of days to do the work and finished the job spectacularly. In addition, when they discovered I needed a vent installed over my garage, they did that at NO EXTRA COST. Amazing!! I can't say enough good things about Peter Giza's company and how he communicates with you, the photos he sends, showing up when he says they will and doing a wonderful job. You won't go wrong with Giza Roofing Solutions!

My experience with Travis Franklin of CMR has been outstanding from day one. He has handled every aspect of our roof including guidance through the claim process with hands on assistance. With a team of nearly 20 men CMR completed our first phase demolition and weather proofing of nearly 4,000 square feet in one day. Hats off to his hard working crew for a job well done thus far! I have and will continue to recommend CMR to all of neighbors and friends. From a customer standpoint I truly couldn t ask for a better experience.

Clean Roof cleaned and sealed my roof 7 years ago. Most of my neighbours have had their roofs cleaned 4 times since I had my roof done ONCE. These guys are BY FAR more superior then any other company around this area. They just came back and cleaned /sealed again. Cleaning and Sealing is the way to go with these tile roofs in Florida. Their Phone number was easy to remember from when they came out in 2014. 239-800-ROOF. A M A Z I N G company. I highly recommend them. They are not the cheapest out there but by far the best. Great Job guys. It was good seeing you guys. I see your trucks EVERYWHERE!! See you in 2028!!

Work quality was excellent. All contacts with personnel was exceptional. From inspection to completing repairs in the rainy season was executed professionally and timely on metal roof and flat roof over lani. This is posted on work completed in June to be sure all leaks were stopped. Yes, all is good, after lots of rain, wind, and storms--no leaks.

They were prompt both days that it took. Their workerâ s worked steady kept us informed as they went. The supervisor appeared on the job both days to check on their progress.
They cleaned up after the job and left no debris in our yard. They took pictures during the job and said they will get then to us & I am confident that they will.
They finished on time. We are very pleased.

Our experience with this company was excellent. Very efficient. Quality of work was again, excellent. Always showed up on time and worked very hard every day. They kept the property around the house very clean and clear of any construction debris. They took great care to protect the garage door and parking pavers from any potential damage. Our salesman, Calvin Lillion was very professional and always attentive to any questions or concerns. He was always available and always returned our calls promptly.it was an absolute pleasure to work with him and Island Roofing. We would not hesitate to use therm in he future.

Because of the pandemic this past year, shingle roof manufacturers had scaled down on the availability of shingles and colors. Some colors have a long backlog and others are available immediately. Robbie from SCM Roofing (phone: 813-XXXX) is up to date on what is available, listens to your needs, follows through, and he is a very knowledgeable, courteous, dependable and competent professional. I trust and like the GAF Timberline HDZ shingles, and I pleasantly settled for the pewter gray color shingles installed by SCM roofing in May 2021. The new pewter gray shingles look sharp and make a good contrast against my white house. SCM Roofing crew did a superb job installing and cleaning up the site after installation. I even got matching color roof vents, etc. I have only good things to say about Robbie and SCM Roofing. SCM Roofing is a top of the line roofer. Highly recommend.

ABC staff were great. Came to house, explained exactly what to expect and they were right on the money. Roof replaced in about a week's time, passed inspection, completely cleaned up the area. No nails left behind.
All staff and workers were professional, respectful and provided all work in timely manner. Highly recommend this company.
