The experience overall was great! The install was quick and they were extremely diligent about cleaning up after themselves. It was almost as if they were never there! The only downside is that I never received a receipt for payment, only an invoice stating the balance due although it was paid at the time of service. Update: I did receive a receipt and have adjusted my review accordingly.

Bo is the consummate professional. I called him for a second opinion. He offered to give me one knowing I would probably use someone else. He came to my home, looked at the problem and said, “I can fix this right now if you’d like.” I told him to go ahead. Rather than spending $3800 for a new tankless water heater, Bo fixed the problem for less than $400. He’s my plumber for life!!!
Next time you need a plumber, call Bo and see what I mean.
