We worked closely with Dave on a design for a room addition. He listened to what we wanted and asked questions that I would not have though of. Realizing that we were on a tight budget, he showed us how to spend money where it mattered, and how to overcome things that we thought were obstacles, but could be easily conquered by some creative thinking.
