David knows what he is talking about. I worked in landscaping years ago so I was familiar with some of the pests on my palm trees and plants. David explained some additional information that I was not aware of. He showed up at our scheduled appointment time and did a good job.

Trapper John is very professional and informative. It was great that they set up appointments quickly. The technician arrived on time, was polite and knowledgeable about my problem but most important thorough, its apparent they know what they are doing.. Highly recommend. From the consult to the first service this company showed excellent customer service and professionalism. I was having a ghost ants takeover and after their initial service I haven’t seen one. I had a pest service before and Price Pest made me realize they definitely weren’t doing their job. I’m very satisfied with Price Pest and I highly recommend them to be your pest company!

I was completely satisfied, and the service rep (his name is Brian) even made an extra trip to my house, since eventually I smelled something foul -- whether it's a bird or a rat I can't say -- but he's dropping off some all natural air fresher bags tomorrow. He told me that I wouldn't have to hire a contractor to cut open my wall to get the dead critter out, like s a few other companies did. He said that it would decompose in about a week's time, and that it shouldn't attract any bugs, etc., -- but that I'd have to put up with the odor for a while -- about a week. Smells like I forgot the throw out the trash, but it's not unbearable. I can still sleep in my bedroom, luckily, adding some fresh fragrant flowers (gardenias) and by opening a bottle of perfume on my nightstand. Let me tell you about the money; it cost about one third of what other companies quoted me. That's a real savings!!!
