My A/C was not working and the temperature in my house was approaching 100 degrees. I called 3 Air conditioning companies for estimates. I then called 2nd Opinion Heating/Cooling. They were lower than any other company. They not only fixed my problem, they saved me money ,and they let me know exactly what was wrong with my unit.

I know how incredibly busy AC repair specialists are during this season and he still spent the time to teach me everything he was checking and what he was looking for. Being recently divorced, it made me feel so much more confident in taking care of my home. Super transparent with what he was fixing at any given moment. The project was challenging. A shifting roof load caused an exterior log wall to bulge resulting in serious structural issues. What impressed me about Josiah Robey and Strong Construction was the firm s emphasis on quality repairs. He went the extra mile to diagnose the problems and resolve them. He takes the time to help the homeowner understand what he is doing and why. On time. On budget. Meets expectations. I would not hesitate to work with his company again.

Our AC went out in the middle of summer and I called to schedule an appointment and they made it out the same day! They were very professional and completed the necessary maintenance extremely quickly. We had air again by the end of the day. Although I had to wait a few days to get an appointment the serviceman arrived promptly as scheduled, diagnosed the problem, gave me best estimate , showed me the measurements on his meter and educated me on the current state of R22. Full service completed in less than 45 min.
