Daniel & James did an excellent job with a carpet stretching job I needed for my family room carpet! They were both very professional & friendly. Appreciated that they both came in a mask during this covid pandemic.

There was great communication from Scott throughout the entire process. His team arrived on time and completed the entire project in one day. Working with Locke Hardwood Floors was a complete joy! Rick called me back very quickly, gave an extremely competitive bid, and was willing to work with a schedule that allowed us to keep all of the furniture on the second floor of the house, where the floors were being refinished. The refinished floors are stunningly beautiful! We asked to match the upstairs finish to the downstairs, and the finish matches so well that you would never suspect that the floors were done at different times. As someone whose name is on the business, Rick should be very proud of the quality of work and quality of service provided by his company. I would highly recommend Locke Hardwood Floors to anyone needing floor refinishing and absolutely would hire them again without hesitation.
