Doing an opportunity-solution tree for my Stern class. Chosen example: improve meetings. Occurred to me that I’ve never been at a company that trained on “good meetings” nor created accountability around this. Given how much time people spend in them, this is really dumb.

I wonder if a big part of Ted Lasso's success is the show (and character) has reminded people they don't need to be angry even if there is lots to be angry about

If you want objective information about past behavior, use surveys and historical data sets; if you want deep insight into people’s motivations, challenges, and behaviors, use in-depth interviews; if you want predictions of future behavior, use experiments. Choose tool for job.
