"Chris was on time for what I thought was an estimate. He gave me a price that was 1/5th of an estimate I had gotten two weeks earlier. Then he told me he could do the work right then. It was late in the afternoon but he did the stucco repair and did not finish until around 6:30 PM. His work was great. He also told me how I could repair some cracks I had in my stucco. He showed me the product I should use and gave me some pointers. I have recently completed those repairs myself and they look great. Thank you Chris."

"Beautiful work, for a fair price! Done quickly, respectful, flexible schedule.
Others quoted me 11-12k for textured stucco on the entire exterior of my 3/2 1600sq ft. house. He quoted 7k, but there where some extra materials needed, and I changed the plans adding more stucco on my porch. We finished up at about 9k. The work looks A to my eye, so, to me, he's the smart pick.
They offer a 90 day window where they will come back and touch up anything you may not have noticed initially.
(Side note/general advice)
Anytime you get any work done, pay attention and let them know you really care. Also, make sure you wait 30 days to let your stucco dry before you paint it.

Make sure you get your stucco done with Zelaya! They're the best, for a very fair price. "
