You were not even there to see us do any work, it pains us to have someone say this without even being there we literally had our head under a 150 pound machine, we did say if you had someone prove us wrong we would give us a refund, not only are you tarnishing our reputation with baseless facts but you claimed fraud with your credit card to get money back, we will take this matter to court.

I am working with Av Appliance Service. Robert responded to my request for service and arrived at my house the same day I called him. He diagnosed the problem that I was having with 2 refrigerators. He arrived at my house early the next morning with the necessary parts and repaired both units efficiently and cleaned up before he left. I highly recommend him.

He is very unprofessional. He doesn’t know how to diagnose properly. Sends the wrong information. Took hours to work on each machine and two out of the 3 repair’s remain open and Un repaired till now. Three weeks....!
