Robert installed a heat pump and replaced the old furnace. Took an expected 2 days but he did a great job. They weren't able to put the heat pump in the spot they thought they could, but we made it work. They tried to sell me a wireless Honeywell thermostat because my Nest didn't have enough wires to it. I wanted to keep my Nest so had to push them on it. Electricians were able to run a new wire through the crawlspace. Seemed a little pricey, but I didn't get quotes from anyone else since they were so quick to come out and install (all within a week). Give Robert a raise or bonus, please!

Five years ago we had a new furnace and an air filter installed. The furnace is working great and the air filter failed just days prior to the 5 year warranty date. Luke ordered a replacement and installed it the very next day at no charge. Courteous and friendly service and he stands behind his work and the products he installs.

New Heating and Cooling responded within an hour to set up a near term estimate time, a few days out for a heat pump with cooling capacity to replace my gas furnace. Most other companies set dates a week or 10 days, even a month or more out. The estimate was careful and thorough, attentive to specific dimensions and characteristics of the building, the ducting, etc., and was delivered timely and was highly competitive in price, features and quality. Some further discussions led to modifications that were provided in a professional and prompt way, not upselling me, but meeting my needs for modest and appropriate increments. The scheduled date was met in spite of supply shortages due to Covid. They even substituted higher line components when initially specified components would have caused a delay in installation. The installation took place as scheduled in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. They took care of all permitting, scheduled the electrician and the electrical inspection, removed the old furnace. The estimator is an engineer so knew what he was talking about and the installer was a perfectionist and both were friendly and communicative. All interactions were focused on my needs and how to meet them within price and requirements. Product has a warranty of about a decade. I manage some properties, so work with lots of installers and craftsmen. This was as close to a perfect experience as one can get. A month out, everything works like a top, even through the heat waves. Top recommendation from me.

I was extremely lucky to get in contact with Anthony from Destiny General Contractors. He was able to stop by the same day that I reached out to him. He was able to diagnose and repair my ductless A/C outdoor unit on the hottest day of the year!

I really liked their system because they even sent me a picture of the tech that would come out, gave me an accurate timeframe and their communication was overall, excellent! First off wanted to say I don't write reviews but felt compelled to do so for this. My gas furnace stopped blowing hot air. Trouble shooted the issue myself and thought it might be a bad gas valve. Not wanting to deal with a gas valve I called different companies and ended up choosing Air Pro's due them being a Local Company, Their diagnostic fee is very reasonable and when talking with them just getting a good feeling. Jerry came out a day later and sure enough it was the gas valve. He ordered the part and it came quickly. He installed it and the furnace was back up and running. The cost came out to about what was quoted to me when I talked to them the first time. It's ALWAYS a good sign of a good business when their actual cost/bill comes out what they told you!
Here is why I'm also writing the review. About a week or so after Jerry replaced the valve, we noticed a slight gas smell. I called to have someone come back and check it out. Jerry called me within 30 min to ask some questions. He was off for the day and I could tell he was home but he drove 45 min to come back to our house. He was able to determine there was a small leak at the pipe around the gas valve. Given this was Air Pro's error the fact they came back right away and dropped everything was GREAT customer service. I would definitely hire Air Pro's again!
