Ayad is very patient, professional and knowledgeable. He didn't rush things at all and really took the time to check the house and educate me and my husband. He checked the house throughout including the basement, crawl space, attic, foundation, outside, etc. and he answered all of our questions. We feel much confident and comfortable about our house after his visit and know what the problem is and even things to look out for in the future. I have dealt with many architects before and gotten what I thought was good service. However after dealing with Eustilus Architecture I now have a new bar by which to judge others. Whether it be dealing with me on my time frame, which was late at night lots of time due to my work schedule, or taking phone calls out of the blue because I had a sudden inspiration. Or dealing with my general contractor and making sure everything is being built to exact specifications, and on time, Eustilus Architecture has gone beyond what most people would even be willing to think of doing and they did it all with a smile on their face. My new home is almost complete and I wouldn t have been able to do it without them.
And on top of all of that they can design ANYTHING! They designed my home with a pool on the roof! They dealt with my GC, concrete companies, structural engineering, the office of zoning, I mean everybody. I guess the best way to sum this up is that they have been so involved and helpful and professional that now my oldest daughter wants to become an architect. I m not sure there is a greater compliment that I could pay them then to know they influenced her.

I was very happy with the work done. Mr Gilat was very professional and easy to work with. Responsive and diligent, he completed the drawings quickly. No changes or corrections were needed. He understood what details the County would want to see. The County approved the drawings as submitted.. I would definitely hire him again.

Great company to work with! Because Ardeku provides architecture and general contracting services, they successfully transformed my 70's style Rambler, into into an open design with three bedroom suites. Vladimir's design concept not only increased the useable square footage, it aesthetically enhanced space functionality. For example, the master bedroom and family room renovations included large picture windows and access to the backyard patio. Not only were the rooms renovated to accommodate their intended purposes, the design was able to leverage the home exterior as an extension to the entertainment space. His professional expertise transitioned my kitchen from a 10'x 10' cramped space into a 20'X15' designer kitchen. The ability of Ardeku to effectively communicate a vision, work with the customer and contractors to make the vision a reality, and attention to detail, turned my potential home sale into a '"forever home." Everyone visiting complements me on the design and states it is the best renovation they have ever seen!

Scott is one genius architect, super helpful, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He's always there for you. He designed a home addition for us which turned into a landmark by so many onlookers. It's not easy project given the existing awkward design of the split-level. But he made it possible inside out. He's super thoughtful and pays close attention to every single inch of details. We're super happy with Scott's work and can't speak highly enough about him and his work. We absolutely recommend.

We were purchasing a home and during the inspection a very expensive structural issue was discovered. The seller agreed to fix and hire a licensed contractor for the repairs.
6 Days before closing the seller's contractor performs the repairs. I arrive at the job site 90 minutes after scheduled start to review the progress and no one is at the site. To my surprised, there are a few cosmetic repairs to hide the damage and other locations no work was even performed.
I took pictures, a video and contacted my agent to ask what's going on. Late that evening I'm informed the seller and their contractor are saying all repairs are complete.
5 Days before closing, I'm scrambling for an experienced and licensed structural engineer to review the work performed and advise if repairs resolved structural issue.
After spending half a day googling, researching reviews and calling engineers, I come across Bob. Bob was already booked out till mid afternoon Friday (We are closing Monday). So I schedule an appointment.
Thursday morning, I reach out to Bob to see to see if there was anyway possible, if he could squeeze us in today. Lucky for us he had a cancellation and was able to make it out early afternoon.
Bob arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and had a very professional demeanor. Our agent and the sellers agent was on-site while Bob performed the inspection and handled the bombardment of questions from the seller agent like an experienced pro.
Bob quickly assessed that the repairs were cosmetic and did not resolve the structural issue. He was able to communicate in common language what was needed to properly repair the problem and provided a written report a couple days later.
From start to finish our experience with Bob has been fantastic and would highly recommend.
FYI: The bids coming from qualified contractors to repair the structural problems are exceeding 20k.
Thank you Bob for saving us from a nightmare.

Adam, from Structural Engineering Solutions, was thorough, meticulous, and professional. He took his time explaining the cause of the problem and the available options to fix the issue. Turns out my contractor had misdiagnosed the issue. Adam provided great advice on the parts of the project I could do myself and the parts that were best left to a contractor. Definitely would recommend talking to Structural Engineering Solutions before talking to a contractor.
