It was great! The employees seem to be really kind, compassionate people who love cats. Our cats were very upset on the way over there, and one of them pooped in his carrier. But the people at California Cat Center were wonderful. They gave him a bath and washed the towel that was in the carrier, at no extra charge. They also sent me several photos of the cats in their spacious 'condo,' and they looked quite comfortable. There was even a cage of birds in front of the condo to entertain my cats. It was a really good experience for all of us, and I highly recommend this great place!

Joanna has been coming to visit with our two dogs approximately twice a week for about a year-and-a-half now, stopping by to check in on them, take them out, and provide play breaks for them on days when we can’t be at home - as well as provide an occasional evening dinner visit or weekend stay. We have always found her to be very responsible, reliable and conscientious, and additionally appreciate her working with us to accommodate fluctuations in schedule. She is above all a true animal lover and enthusiast who really cares about our small dogs’ safety and well-being, and genuinely seems to enjoy spending time with them.

What can I say about Bow Wow Bungalow but Thank God I have access to the most welcoming, attentive, kind, loving crew of dog loving people I have ever experienced. I can only give thanks and more thanks... I adopted my first dog, a beautiful Alaskan Husky named Charlie about 11 months ago now. Once I adopted Charlie I realized that this dog will need lots of exercise and attention, and I was ready for the challenge. I knew that this dog was going to be a part of my family for many many years. I am a very active person and figured out how to satisfy Charlie's needs, but with any situation, sometimes your schedule demands travel and takes you outside of your normal routine. So as time went on, I started looking for the best Doggie day care. I looked all around and found that most were small, with concrete floors and more designed for smaller dogs. So with the help on my Mom and sister we continued our search. Then by the grace of God, a friend of my sisters suggested Bow Wow Bungalow with high praise. So of course at first I was skeptical, because I wanted the very best. So my Mom and I went to check it out..... I made an appointment for a meet and greet. Right away they made sure Charlie was completely vetted with verification with his paperwork. Once that was accomplished he had an initial visit for the day. Minimum 4 hours stay to observe his behavior towards other dogs and humans. They checked his temperament and personality. Once he passed his initial interview he was ready to go. They suggested I bring him in a few times so he would get used to his surroundings before I had to leave out of town, so I did and glad I flowed their request. Of course I was very query about leaving him for 10 days. It would be our first separation. But at the end I decided to go with Bow Wow Bunglow and it was an amazing experience for me and Charlie. No problems...🙏🏼 They have 24 hour doggie cams, so you can watch your dogs activity all day, which I utilized everyday. And I always watch him whenever I leave him. As the months have gone on, Charlie has learned to love Bow Wow Bungalow and the staff looks forward to his arrival. Whether you're looking for day care or overnight boarding I highly recommend Bow Wow Bunglow. I tend to be a little anal as a dog owner, but whenever I call with a request or concern, they always welcome and accommodate my requests without question. The venue is huge! Indoor/ outdoor. All grass. Pools, activities... it's like if I could imagine "Dog heaven" for a dog. And the bonus is their price point is right on target. Which is so so important especially with so many people out of work. But it's been worth every penny to feel confident your pet is being treated with the utmost attention. I understand every dog is different and demands different things, but for me and Charlie it's been awesome! Thanks for listening.

Claudia is great! I hired her to care for our two cats while we were on vacation. I tend to stress about my pets when I'm out of town, and Claudia kept me updated daily with photos and texts, which was a huge relief for me. She even got our shy girl kitty to come out and say hello. I will definitely be calling her again!

Not sure how this company is so highly rated on Angies, it’s much lower (2.5 or 1.5 on yelp and elsewhere). I scheduled a simple bath and nail trim for my short haired breed dog, the provider was coughing (in a time of corona=yikes) and was almost two hours late (no text or phone call to inform), and after she took my dog she returned to my door less than 30 min later. He was still wet and his nails hadn’t been trimmed, I reached out to Fritzy’s and left a voicemail, which they returned a few days later. They offered to come out and re-do the service, but because more than a week had elapsed since the first one, they would charge me half price (I paid $95 for a 55lb pitbull mix bath). Won’t be using them again.

I found that business to be closed. BTW, I checked many of the places listed, but none could take my dog for various reasons, so you need to add that "none used" choice to your survey questionnaire. I put in "C" because all I spoke to seemed okay.

Breeder took 2 10 week old puppies (at my expense) to be seen by Dr. Anwar for an exam and health certificate on 03/05/2019. Receipt indicates an exam was performed, a certificate of health was issued and signed, and Dr. Anwar said they were both healthy puppies. I picked up the puppies on 3/07/2019 and after returning home they were seen by our vet on 03/11/2019. On that date our vet heard a grade 3/6 heart murmur from the male. Due to respiratory issues the puppy returned to our vet on 03/14/2019 and the vet also heard a grade 3/6 heart murmur on that time. On 03/22/2019 after diagnostic testing that included X-Ray’s and an echocardiogram a certified cardiologist diagnosed the male with congenital heart disease. Either no exam was performed on 03/05/2019 or Dr. Anwar does not have the skill/ability to hear a grade 3/6 (loud) heart murmur.

Hair Of The DogI would not under any circumstances recommend this groomer. The entire staff has a bully mentality. They are rude, unprofessional and do not handle complaints well. My dog had a design template that the groomer only needed to follow. It was an extremely easy groom. I asked them to even up the puppy cut and trim around her face. They shaved off 2/3 of her ear hair (which was 6 or 7 inches long and would take years to regrow) reducing it to thinned strains and ruined her top knot by cutting a "visor". Two of the staff members took turns yelling at me about how it was my fault for not telling them to cut a" visor". Then they went to the owner and convinced him of their side. They could have called me before chopping off hair I had clearly and purposefully grow out for years and they didn't. I was offered no resolution because as the owner said, "we can't put the hair back on". They could care less. This is unforgivable. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different groomer. Worse experience ever!- Carmen W.

Groom & BoardOur family Maltipoo was perfectly fine going in for a simple bath & face trim...he left not being able to walk. Took him to Emergency Vet the next morning only to find he had two fractures; one in his right ischial (lower & back part of hip bone) AND right pubic boneS ( yes BONES!) likely caused by BLUNT FORCE TRAUMA. He needed a Hydromorphone pain injection in order to have the X-rays taken. He’ll require very strict cage rest at home until the fractures heal and must be carried outside for potty. He’ll also require a recheck in 3 weeks with X-rays to monitor his healing. The owner, Paul Huld was advised of what took place, was given (and read) the paperwork from the ER, yet denies all wrongdoing. Instead of trying to remedy this situation and show some, any type of compassion for our injured family pet he chose to raise his voice and yell at me contradicting what had happened. We should have read the YELP reviews, so many of them state Animal Abuse by this company!!! It’s disheartening, dishonest, inhuman, unethical, reprehensible, and cruel. This company, the owner and employees need to be shut down! This just cannot continue to happen to our fur babies. Please do not take your pets here! Read the YELP reviews and see the pictures posted.- Deborah W.

DogShell, Inc.I cannot say enough good things about this company and their products. I own a busy pet care business and transport dogs on a regular basis in my SUV. It goes without saying that I deal with a LOT of dog hair and slobber and I need all the help I can get keeping my vehicle's interior from looking a mess, even after a single trip to the dog park. When I bought a new vehicle, I worried about the damage the interior was going to sustain and made up my mind to invest in some protective gear for the backseat and cargo area that was better than what I'd been using. Happily, my search began and ended with DogShell. Previously, I tried a variety of off-the-shelf seat protectors - all designed for dogs - as well as an assortment of blankets, throws, etc. Most of them worked up to a point but, no matter how often I vacuumed or tried to keep the hair and slobber to a minimum, every little crack and crevice was quickly stuffed with hair, along the sides of the seats and sticking to the carpet and door panels. I really wanted a protective system that would CONTAIN the hair, prevent the dogs from drooling on the door panels and protect the interior from scratching. Even with heavy duty rubber mats and the other protectors I was using, it was very frustrating how much of a mess two German Shepherds could make of the interior even in 15 minutes. Luckily for me, DogShell was extremely sympathetic to my dilemma. They custom made exactly what I needed - even a sturdy platform bridge for the gap between the second-row captain's seats, a separate padded flap to protect my rear bumper when using a dog ramp in the back, and protective covers for the hard plastic cup holders on either side of the cargo area. The sides of the back-seat protector are tall enough for the dogs to see out the windows but has rigid walls (which fold down to cover the bottom of the door sills when the dogs jump in and out) so now they are kept away from the door panels and their hair stays INSIDE the protector, not on the floor or elsewhere! YAY!! Communication was easy, their response time was quick and they always cut their time frame by several days in delivery. They asked for detailed measurements, double-checked with me every step of the way and I always knew what was happening with my order. I am very pleased to say all of the protectors worked exactly as they were designed to work, right from the get-go. I am able to protect my investment in my new SUV, escort the dogs in style and comfort and not worry about the mess. That makes my life a whole lot easier! THANK YOU DOGSHELL!!- Jenifer P.
