They responded immediately to remove everything that was wet, begin the drying process, and ensure the damage was minimized. Once they were able to begin the rebuild process, it was done quickly, professionally, and the quality was fantastic. Attention to detail was impeccable and they made sure that everything was installed and rebuilt perfectly.     As a smaller landlord with 3 properties, my project needs are maybe not on a scale as many larger commercial projects, and in my attempts to hire drywall professionals, I was turned down by 3-4 other drywall vendors. Troy at Mudslingers was also booked, but reviewed his schedule, and after listening to my situation, took my project on, squeezing me into their already booked schedule. His team came out, and quickly demoed out the old kitchen wall material, re-rocked, and then sent out the follow up team for taping and sanding. In addition, the bathroom needed to be rocked as well, so he was able to work me into his schedule again, getting my bathroom done, which was a bit more complicated, as I needed the recessed ceiling redone as well. He had an expert that was able to complete the ceiling work as well, along with a few window crank replacements we needed repaired. All in all, Mudslingers really came through for me on these unforeseen projects. However, they even went beyond the call of duty. On another property that I just began work on, upon demo of the cabinets from the kitchen, there was also a strip of decorative formica about 2 feet wide that was on the walls between the counter top to the bottom of the upper cupboards. I had the Demo done on a Wednesday, with the replacement cabinets to be installed on Friday. On Wednesday night we had removed the formica boards and unfortunately it ripped off parts of the wall. I called Troy to see what he could do, figuring I might have to cancel my cabinet install, which could take another week or two for a rescheduled date. Troy, after reviewing the video I sent, said they could "skim coat" on Thursday, 2 coats. He said the cabinet guys could still come Friday to install the cabinets, and then his team would come back to sand to complete this emergency need. His willingness to get my crisis done on a 1 day turnaround really saved me, to keep my other projects on track. I was so appreciative given I know how booked they are on other projects. At Mudslingers, they really treated me like an important client, even though I'm not a large apartment or commercial property owner. The work was all top quality. I give them 5 stars for quality of work, and 5 stars on customer service! Now I have a contractor for all my future projects! Tim Landlor

    I reached out to Joe at Twin City Home Remodeling for a quick turn quote on a window project. After our great experience with TCHR installing new windows in our current home a couple of years ago, when I needed a quote for windows for a new property I knew who to call. We had limited time within the inspection period to get the information so that we could be informed about the costs of a new house. Joe again went above and beyond and turned around a quote in the limited time needed. These guys do quality work and are great to work with. In 2018 I hired Twin City Home Remodeling to replace the windows in our 1924 bungalow. I wanted windows that maintained the quality feel of the home. The TCHR team was knowledgeable and great to work with from start to finish. They answered all of my questions and did high quality work. They custom stained the window to match each section of our home beautifully. There was an issue with the manufacturing and Joe went above and beyond to make things right.     Dercon was fantastic to work with and I'm very pleased with my final project. I needed my condo windows replaced - 2 fairly large windows. Dercon's estimate was reasonable (of three estimates, I had one questionably low quote, and two that were only $100 apart. Dercon was the cheaper of these two). I met and corresponded with Derek to get started and of all three contractors, this was the best initial experience, from the quote through all email conversation prior to committing to the project (as much if not more of the reason why I picked them as the slight price difference). The crew that came to do the replacement was great, Dercon + crew were great with follow-up, the process was easy from start to finish. And, my final payment was just under the estimate even, because the final permit cost came in lower. I recommend Dercon and would consider them again for any future projects
