We hired Camilla to remodel a spare upstairs bedroom closet for a stacked washer/dryer. She estimated the project to last 7-10 days. She was able to get it done in 2 days! We had furniture to move and cover over three floors (basement to 2nd floor) in order to get the electrical and plumbing up to the closet, but being put out only 2 days for such extensive work is amazing! The workers were clean, efficient and courteous. Highly recommended.

Project manager John and his crews (including Roque and Peter) at Green Future Construction (GFC) turned our old ugly backyard into a beautiful patio space surrounded by staggered concrete block retaining walls and a Zen garden. The project involved creating a plan, choosing materials, and making adjustments as it gets executed. John explained every step to us and addressed all our questions along the process. Crews were very hardworking and maintained the site well organized along the way. While we chose concrete blocks rather than natural stones out of cost considerations, they are one of the most beautiful ones that we have seen. GFC is not the least expensive hardscaping company, but the result showed us why.
The construction took more than 10 weeks, a lot longer than originally envisaged. This was in part because we, as owners, had a lot of questions about details, but I believe it also reflects that GFC manages several projects simultaneously in the same area and crews are in high demand. We were perfectly fine as we wanted attention to details rather than hurriedly finished work.

I had an egress window installed. Evail and his team did a great job getting this project done in a timely manner despite many obstacles which were not in their control (weather, permit application review, etc). Evail worked around my schedule even if that meant he had to work over the weekend. Throughout the process Evail made many suggestions which resulted in a much better finished product at no additional cost. I spoke with multiple bidders before ultimately choosing EAD. Evail's prices were competitive and I truly believe I got a lot more by using him over his competitors. One of the main reasons I chose Evail over the other bidders is that he suggested using a wider sliding window instead of a swing window which resulted in more work for his team but was ultimately a much better finished product for our needs. Evail managed his team well and used quality material. I was very impressed throughout the entire process and would use Evail again for any type of home improvement work. The window and waterproofing turned out much better than I had originally anticipated.

EJALE basically rebuilt my home after fire damage. They were extremely knowledgeable about the process, including helping me to navigate the insurance company and code enforcers. I was treated with respect, and felt comfortable asking questions. I feel like EJALE works in service of the customer, not just in service of the project. We hired brothers waterproofing to get our basement dry from lots of serious water issues. They did an unbelievable job. Our basement is 100 percent dry now. We work with many contractors so I can honestly say the professionalism, customer service and quality of work from brothers water proofing is absolutely 1st class. Highly recommend!

This company solved the problem of rain water flooding our garage. They regraded the grass and dirt around our backyard and the garage is bone dry even after a weekend of pouring rain. They were excellent. Their bid was thousands of dollars less than 2 other companies. I would highly recommend them. Professional and responsive.

This company and all of their employees are very professional and willing to help at any time. We had our basement waterproofed and there was a little bit of work that wasn't 100% to our liking. I had a bad water issue in my basement and instead of digging up the concrete floor and installing french drains, Humberto addressed the issue of water getting in in the first place. He sealed and refinished our driveway and waterproofed the area where driveway met the foundation of the house. Also installed sump pump in landing of basement stairs and installed drains in the window wells. He was very responsive and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend!

Byron and his team were very professional. They arrived on time and a week early due to possible bad weather next week. They installed my new concrete driveway in one day. We cannot even begin to explain what a wonderful experience we had with Paradise Home Improvement. We interviewed five contractors - some bids were higher, some lower, but we got a fabulous feeling about this family run operation. From the appointments which they were always on time for, to the final product of our new kitchen and office, they were incredible.
