Ryan was a pleasure to work with. He showed up on time. He helped me through several design layouts to find the one that worked best for my space. His cabinets are high quality and fairly priced. I ended up with solid wood cabinets for less than lowe's wanted for particle board. Install times were better than lowe's too. 2 weeks instead 8 weeks. He came in with his guys and had everything installed in a few hours. They even cleaned up after themselves which i appreciate cause my other hires either didn't clean up or needed to be reminded. Overall i am very happy with the product and the service from start to finish.

Warren was able to deliver on his promise to have the kitchen cabinets installed in 6 weeks. He says he builds the cabinets to our specifications, but since he builds them, they are his for us to use; lifetime warranty is an unexpected benefit. He stands by his work and advised us that if we have any problems, just give him a call.

William did a fantastic job on our homes interior. The job was huge, 5400 SF. Job required scaffolding to reach high beams. he caulked and prepped all woodwork, using the highest quality materials. The finish looks incredible, our doors, casings, and baseboards look as if they were dipped in silky smooth paint.
William and his dad were always kind, courteous, and respectful, and became part of our family as he was here for a while.
We will have him back to do more on exterior soon.

I worked with Black Pearl in my kitchen renovation project and highly recommend their work! They came out quickly after contacting them to review the project and provide a timely quote. I was ordering my cabinets from a local vendor and they made revisions and great suggestions (such as adding a fridge panel which made a huge difference) so I was confident that I was ordering the right materials. They arrived on time, worked quickly and cleaned up well at the end of each day. In addition to removing the old cabinets and installing the new, Hoang installed a new backsplash, leveled off my bar height countertop to one level and assisted with other finishing touches in the kitchen. The quality of work, communication and ease of working with Black Pearl was fantastic. I highly recommend!

I called for a quote on building closet shelving and pole hanger. Sean, came the same day with a quote. He informed me that it may be a month or so before he can take on project. I told him not a problem, I was in no rush. I hired him for the job. A week later he called and said that he could squeeze me in the next week (it was a small project). He came on a holiday and completed the job within 2 hours. I was very pleased with the outcome, it was exactly how I wanted it. I would highly recommend his services! He was fair in his pricing, showed up early than expected and completed work in a timely manner! Very professional and personable!

We enjoyed working with Javier very much. He was courteous, professional, and communicative. In addition to installing the kitchen cabinets, he was able to do the backsplash as well. The toddler and dog loved him. I recommend this company for cabinet and tile installation. In addition, they can perform surface wiring and plumbing. Permitted work will require a licensed contractor.
