Slow Queries

    Hello All
    So i am using a forced login plugin and login press plugin as a login procedure for the members ..
    However as soon as i hit the login button , it takes around 8-10 seconds to show me the WP-ADMIN or even the website . ..
    So i installed the query plugin and this is what i found as slow queries

    I am not sure as why the core is acting so weird , and what can be a solution for this
    Any help will be appreciated ..

    On several search on google and wordpress blogs and forums i found out that
    Caller – update_meta_cache() is the problem maker here
    Its calling for so many queries at one time , that it literally crashed your wordpress if you have a shared server ..
    This was never a problem unless we updated this to 5.5
    How can we filter out or disable it
