pardot/wordpress plugin and campaign

After inputting the email/password/APIkey I receive a message that the user has been authenticated with the Pardot Plugin.
My issue is the dropdown to enter the Pardot Campaign does not open for selection. It says it will show up once connected. Am I not connected when I am authenticated? If not, what other steps do I need to do?
