Hi, I’m using Event Tickets for my event pages. Unfortunately, the ‘Get Tickets’ button is grey out on the webpage which prevents the user from purchasing the tickets. I’ve correctly set up the PayPal IPN URL settings and followed the tutorials perfectly.

I’ve tried loading the page without the Divi builder, so it’s not a conflict in that sense.

The only other thing that I can think of is that my PayPal IPN URL is slightly different to the guides that I’ve followed. For example, my IPN URL is ‘https://deedesignsceramics.co.uk/?wc-api=WC_Gateway_Paypal’, whereas the guide asks me to enter just the whole domain (https://deedesignsceramics.co.uk/).

I’m not sure if this will make a difference, but it’s the only variation between my version and the guide.

The button loads initially with the page, but fades out and becomes unclickable after a second.

Would someone mind taking a look to see what’s going on?
