    One of my clients has customers getting this error on checkout every now and then. It doesn’t seem to really do anything but we are just trying to see if there is a way to get rid of it. Thanks.

    “There are 0 other tickets in your cart that do not require attendee information”

    Hi @theetony,

    Thank you for reaching out to us. I hope you’re doing well.

    Have you upgraded to the new ticket views? You can do that on Event > Settings > Display and be sure you check the Enable Updated Tickets Experience setting.
