I am so glad I called Junior's for a second opinion! The first plumber who can out from another company told me they would have to dig up the basement slab and replace 20 feet of pipe and all kinds of other things. It turned out the issue was outside and not at all what the other company said it was.
I highly recommend Junior's!

The young man was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He was prepared to do the work and was very quick and efficient. He cleaned after himself. He noticed that I had a small tear in the heater hose and patched it voluntarily. That was very kind. He provided some professional recommendations that could possibly help us in the future. I greatly appreciate the effort that this young man displayed while working at our home. I would most certainly use him again and would definitely recommend him to others. BTW, the price was very reasonable.

Nervous about hiring someone we were unfamiliar with upfront, so grateful we made this choice...Wild Water Plumbing is now our go-to company!
Justin is wonderful, he is very knowledgeable, works hard, is thorough and takes the time to answer any and all questions.
He installed a new water heater and water softening unit to our specifications and the pricing was right, his response time was excellent and he warranted his work without question. A very pleasant young man and a pleasure to work with, he came back a few weeks later to verify the water quality of the units he installed and we have already had him assist with other plumbing issues around the house!

Very responsive and willing to work with me. I had a drainpipe leak in my basement which was causing water across the basement whenever we ran the washing machine or dishwasher. They came out and assessed the job on a Tuesday and by Thursday they were done. Their team and customer service were really responsive to my scheduling needs and they got the job done fast at a very reasonable rate.
