Mr. Boyer replaced the roof and siding of my townhouse. He also installed a storm door. I am very happy with the work Mr. Boyer and his son, Billy, did for me. They were very meticulous and did the work as we agreed. They pay attention to detail. I also asked them to put a heat-control film on my window, which Mr. Boyer did as a favor to me (didn't charge me!). That was a surprise and greatly appreciated! I highly recommend this company for any home improvement work anyone wants done.

We had a leak allowing water to come through the overhead fascia on our front porch. They sent an estimator out on Monday he diagnosed the problem provided us an estimate. Problem was a failed area of the porch roof. They had a crew out Wedensday stripped off the old porch roof replaced multiple sheets of plywood and two pieces of side trim, installed underlay and new shingles. Did a great cleanup. Did the work at the quoted price. The finished job looks great. They were here on time, did great work, super cleanup, at the price quoted price what more could you ask for?

Me and my wife have been in this house for years. A very dangerous storm went through our neighborhood. It destroyed our roof and we needed new shingles. Assisted my son in the quarterbacking of 'repairs' caused by a leaking pipe in his walls. Caused considerable damage to ceilings/walls/floors.
His insurance company required estimates. Called EMERSON based on word of mouth. I'm a Realtor in the area, and we work with many in the trades. Ernie and his crew (he sent his drywall experts) were excellent! Don't hesitate to reach out for a fair, and quick estimate. I'm quite sure they can tackle anything! Great doing business with these guys. Polite. Professional. On time. Good rates. I have read the other reviews about Premier not being a good business. I did not experience anything like those reviews and I do recommend them.
July 2020 I contacted Premier Chimney and Roofing to come sweep and inspect my chimney. I had learned about them in a local advertisement mailer. I read the good things about them in online reviews. I had a pleasant conversation with them in scheduling the appointment. The technician came out, swept, inspected, and showed me before and after pictures of his work. He showed all the cracks in my tiles and took the time to explain what my options were to fix it and the severe risks of continuing to use the fireplace. We scheduled to have Premier re-line and re-cap my chimney. They explained Heatshield, the product chosen to re-line it.
During the winter, my wife noticed water coming down the chimney through our wood burning insert. Premier was dealing with a temporary COVID related shutdown and I had to use another company for the fix. Matthew, Premier's owner, wanted to see the job through; wanted to make it right. He didn't hesitate to review the work order and reimburse for the work his company would have come out to redo. That's good business. I will definitely use Premier in the future for my chimney needs.
