What our team think about working with the ODI

The ODI is the most people-centric place I have ever worked, staff wellbeing is a real priority and there are many ways that this is manifested across the company. People genuinely care about each other and the work that they do and this makes for a very special and unique working environment

– Charlotte Mitchell, Delivery Manager

The great team, the chance to work on inspiring projects and the commitment to communicating meaningfully and clearly

– Emma Thwaites, Director of Publishing, Engagement and Communication

I love working at the ODI because of the bubbly and fun environment to work within. Although I am the youngest amongst my colleagues they still treat me as an adult and always include me in any activities that may occur

– Aaron Damoa, Business Administration Apprentice

I love working for the ODI due to the people. I joined the organisation at a testing time, (during COVID 19) and feel that the team have supported and looked out for one another and done it all with a sense of humour, which is needed! I also love that I am able to share ideas and I feel these are listened to by staff at all levels

– Amiee Winney, HR Manager

ODI works hard to achieve its mission but there is fun at the heart of the organisation. ODI has a genuine family friendly approach to work patterns which is really helpful and refreshing

– Julie McMahon, Membership Coordinator
