It was a pleasure to have Raul repair the tile in my shower. From the initial conversation (where we discussed the issue and he provided an estimate) to the final one (where I paid him a very reasonable price for the services rendered), he was polite and professional. He arrived precisely on time both days and respected social distancing (important in these times) while performing the repairs. The quality of the work was excellent. My shower now looks like new and there is no evidence that it has been repaired.
For reasonable pricing and highest quality work, I highly recommend Punch Renovation and Construction.
I plan to call Raul for other jobs as the need arises.

Luis of the Fixit Team came out to quote our job in the snow - an unusual event in Atlanta for sure. They came as scheduled despite the weather and quoted a fair price. We hired them and they completed the work a couple weeks later. They did good work, were friendly, and showed us some other issues around the house (which we asked for). We would recommend and will hire Luis again for more work in the future.

We loved working with Keystone. From my first call to the office to set up an appointment with Gordon Flores (CEO), I felt like I was working with professional, decent folks. Chad Reis, was our project manager, and he presented super knowledgeable, with years of experience, and was just a delight to collaborate with. Additionally, the siding crew was a hard-working bunch of guys, very respectful, and willing to take direction, as needed. They did a phenomenal job. We were extremely pleased with the final project. With regard to pricing, Keystone was very competitive, not the cheapest perhaps, but an extremely good value for the price.
We have done a lot of renovations and house flips over the years, and these guys were wonderful to work with. Can't say enough good things!

Fantastic company. Reliable and really took care of our siding needs 100 percent. They even filled holes in the wood above the siding that were very high up on the house. They did the work to perfection. They cleaned the area and hauled everything away. I cannot praise Steve and Clint enough. They will definitely be doing more work for us in the future.

Since Samson excelled in the two previous interior renovation projects they completed for me, it followed that Iâ d ask them to knock out some exterior maintenance issues, as well. I needed some damaged siding and associated trim pieces replaced & painted on a back wall & chimney, prominent fascia/trim on the front and some light trenching in the back. What can I say... not enough. Mike Lannigan takes pride in his work. He gave my 15 year old townhome, which I had been renting out, a much-needed facelift including repainting, re-carpeting, plumbing, misc. repairs, tiling, exterior bay window repair, and even a deep clean. I called Daniel yesterday about a stucco defect from our garden hose mount ripping off the side of our home. He promptly replied to me with a quote and was willing to come to the home the next day since we expected rain later in the week. He did the repair quickly and you canâ t even tell there was any damage to the wall. He was extremely friendly and, at my request, walked around the home with me to see if any other issues were present considering we just bought the home. GREAT Experience!!! Extremely satisfied with the work provided by Julio and his team (Ricardo and Jose) at Handy Dad on a master bathroom shower upgrade. Julio was incredibly responsive throughout the entire project - doing all the things a great project manager should. Phenomenal craftsmanship, work areas cleaned daily, and great follow through on every issue lead to hugely successful results.
I had never done a major renovation like this before, so I spent time researching this project to give myself basic knowledge of all the required pieces and how they work (plumbing, fixtures, tiling, etc). I think this is important to ensure the success of any project you want to take on. Julio came out to discuss my general ideas on the project and gave me a lot of confidence that this was the right team to choose for the job. I wanted to upgrade the old small dingy fiberglass builder-grade shower with a bigger custom shower with tile + new fixtures + wall niches + frameless glass door. I was able to provide my own material (tile, grout, shower fixtures + valves) and they would handle ALL the rest. The estimate came back in a few days and was more competitive than other companies I had pitched the project to. The payment schedule was agreeable and based on the positive reviews + conversations with Julio I had zero concerns with moving forward. Once I signed the contract they were able to start right away on the project without any delays. Protective covers were laid down in the house to prevent any damage to floors and carpet along the path to the bathroom, and we had a banter out front for all the demo material. The guys did a great job cleaning up space every day. At the end of each day, Julio would check in with me and address any issues and would let me know when the guys would show up the next day. Any time there was a scheduling delay, Julio was always responsive in letting me know what was going on. The end result was better than I could have imagined. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone, and they will be the first call for my next project.
