P2 includes a changelog block to indicate changes in a project, product or document in an easy and consistent way.

To add an item to the changelog, select it from the block picker. Clicking on the label will open a status selection panel, where you can choose between “New”, “Improved”, “Fixed”, or introduce a custom status.
Custom status
Custom status allows you to display any text in the label. If the text is too long, however, it’ll be trimmed automatically.
A very long label
The label’s length is limited, but this text can be as long as needed
Custom labels can also use any color you’d like. To select it, open the status selection panel and click on the color picker icon next to the custom label field.
