About Aspect Construction Midlands Limited
Started out within the Construction Industry over 23 years as tradesmen, which after approx. 5 years was undertaking Main Contract works for various Clients in both Domestic & Commercial aspects. From then on, being involved in both hands on roles undertaking work on site or being a Project Manager, undertaking roles covering Customer Care issues up to Managing various sites simultaneously which covers housing from 20 properties to 42+ properties ranging from costing £100,000 to £2,000,000 each. Commercial works range from general maintenance roles to building of new factory units and offices. Other types of work being undertaken are Insurance repair works / responsive works, refurbishment of student and rental properties for Landlords, Conversion of existing properties to maximize rental incomes. Full or Part renovations of existing properties / Conversions of existing Outbuildings and Barns. New Build properties and all aspects of Groundworks and Demolition works.
At present I am the Managing Director of Aspect Construction Midlands Limited having set up the company 4 years ago, to which the company is growing from strength to strength each year.
