My wife called Dennis Reeder because he was highly recommended by a friend. Thank God she did!
I had two issues that were driving me nuts. I bought a new fridge that couldn't be installed upon delivery because there was a water hose attached to it. Apparently, the previous occupants were too lazy to buy good water or make their own ice cubes in the freezer, which is kind of why it's there. We've never used either, and we've lived here for 16 years. But once it died, I bought a new fridge, Lowe's couldn't take the old one away or install the new one because of that water line. Actually, they could have taken the old one and install the new one, but that's a quibble at this point. I'd just have to dump a trash can full of water on the back porch either way, just as I've done for the past three weeks. I've been keeping our food cold in bar fridges and the garage. How sick is that?
Dennis was extremely personsable, competent, genuine and real. My biggest problems (for now) are solved. The lack of an operating kitchen kind of puts a damper on things. Call Dennis, I promise you that you won't regret it.

Koles did several maintenance chores for us, including replacing entire front porch deck, adding balusters, power washing and painting two additional decks, power washing yet another carpeted deck, repairing wooden gate, repairing sliding glass door and miscellaneous painting. Koles also assisted and advised us on many issues around the house. It was our first encounter with Koles but they will be our go-to contractors for all future home repairs. The Koles crew were sufficiently trustworthy to be given the run of our house while they made their repairs. .

Andie and his team upgraded the electrical service to my 99 year old house. Everything from the exterior weather head to the panel was replaced, and he also upgraded my garage panel from twist fuses to modern century! Andie found and fixed other problems we didn't know we had, so our home is now safe and up to code. He was quick to quote, reasonably priced, prompt and courteous, and completed the job in one day. Mike is extremely reliable and did excellent work. I would highly recommend him for any job. Very hard working and was able to get my work done to meet a tough deadline. He is an amazing painter, everything looks perfect. He was also able to tile bathroom floors and replace toilets as well as some other minor fixes around the house. Best contractor I have ever hired in the area hands down.
