I hired Donnie and his team to knock out a wall between my kitchen and an adjoining enclosed dining space. The wall was load bearing and his team was quick to make sure everything was secure. They were quic to put it all together, put up new drywall, taped and floated all within the same day. They were able to texture and paint the next afternoon, wrapping it all up just before my housewarming party. This was a last minute decision with a need for a quick turnaround time. Minimal mess, super fast, professional results, and many compliments later- has had me calling Donnie multiple times when I'm needing reliable service. My next project for him is going to be my detached garage. Donnie has already come out and given me a rough location he thinks is best and for a price point that I agree on. Currently waiting for the County to properly survey the land due to some easements. I've been assured that as soon as that over, all I have to do is give him a call and we'll break ground the next day. That's fast service!

JB Property Maintenance & Decking, LLC Is did a fantastic job on my gutters and down spouts. I've been having leaks for a couple of years now and it only took them one day to replace several of my down spouts and it poured down rain that night, didn't have any leaks. I was thrilled to death. After worrying about them for so long and to have them fixed in one day took a big load off my mind. They also took down a large tree in the backyard. The price was very reasonable and the work was very professional. I will definitely be using them for all my projects. And I recommend them for all of your home projects .Again very polite, very reasonable price, and very professional work
