Upgrade your Plesk Extension

If you purchased an extension in the Plesk Online Store, you need to:

  1. Contact us with request to cancel the current extension license.
  2. Log in to Plesk, go to Tools & Settings > License Management and click Retrieve Keys.
  3. Go to the Extension in Plesk and click the ‘Buy’ button and place the order for the required license.
  4. Then, retrieve the Plesk license in Plesk again.

If you purchased an extension from one of our partners/resellers, you need to:

  1. Contact the company where you purchased the extension and request for upgrade of the extension.
  2. Log in to Plesk, go to Tools & Settings > License Management and click Retrieve Keys.
