Als Praktikant oder Werkstudent begleitest du die HR Direktorin bei allen Aufgaben entlang des Employee-Life-Cycles
Du unterstützt im operativen Tagesgeschäft, bearbeitest administrative Personalthemen und verbesserst HR Prozesse
Du unterstützt im Recruiting und Bewerbermanagement und wirst Teilbereiche schnell eigenverantwortlich steuern und umsetzen (Stellenanzeigen, Employer Branding, Active Sourcing, Vorauswahl, Bewerberkommunikation, Terminvereinbarung, etc.)
Du wirkst bei Personalentwicklungsthemen mit
Du arbeitest bei aktuellen HR Projekten mit, übernimmst und verantwortest eigene Themen

Laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre – HR Bezug wünschenswert
Erste praktische Erfahrungen im kaufmännischen Bereich
Großes Interesse an verschiedenen HR Themen und aktuellen Trends
Hohes Engagement, Drive und Eigeninitiative
Fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse mit den gängigen MS Office Produkten
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
Hohe Problemlösung- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und die Fähigkeit dich selbst zu organisieren
Du hast idealerweise ab März für 6 Monate Zeit, im Anschluss an das Praktikum ist auch eine Werkstudententätigkeit vorstellbar
