We had a great experience with Rich and his team for a diverse list of projects we needed done inside and outside our home (fan and light replacement, curtain installation, rotted wood replacement, finishing part of our basement, repairing and weatherproofing doors, caulking). Rich advised us on affordable options, gave us a detailed and specific quote with creative solutions (e.g. for a water shutoff cover panel in an awkward location), communicated proactively about scheduling issues (some of our project needed good weather conditions), were extremely courteous and tidy in completing the projects, talked us through parts of the projects as they went, and did a final walkthrough. We would definitely hire them again next time we need something done around the house.

After getting quotes from 6 contractors, we hired Jimmy to work on my mom's basement because he had great reviews, was reasonably priced, and most importantly, he was so respectful towards my mom. Jimmy went above and beyond to make sure my mom was happy with the work, which included removing wood paneling and rotted wood framing, re-framing, dry wall, insulation, paint, trim, ceiling work, and replacing interior and exterior doors. At the end of the job, which took about a week and a half, Jimmy knocked out the final punch list items quickly and even took care of some loose wires and plug covers. The team worked cleanly and were so polite, and Jimmy let us know up front that he was certified, licensed, and insured to do the work. We are definitely going to be hiring him again (and have already started that ball rolling!). I'm really glad we found him!

This was the third bathroom that Stephen and his crew have done at my house. Each one gets better! Love, love, love the way it came out. New shower; new tub; new vanity, counter and sinks; new toilet; new tiling all around and updated lighting with an extra electrical update to handle it all. It was a pleasure hiring Mr. Estevez to remove a small partition wall separating our dining room from our living room. He did a great job with the removal, patching the hole on the adjoining wall, and painting over it. He was even gracious enough to paint the rest of the wall just to make sure everything matches.
