    Ghost cities didn’t turn out like I expected.

    Americans laughed at the Chinese for building "ghost" cities, but the idea is working, even if slower than initially planned. Maybe new, master-planned cities for an ultimate population of 1+ million is an idea that America should copy rather than mock.
