Chuck, the owner was Meticulous with every detail and even had some things redone because it didnâ t meet his approval. He knew what looked great and what looked average. He wasnâ t doing average. He was all about Great work not average work. It was important to him to have clean lines throughout the entire space. I really couldnâ t â seeâ why he had some things redone until I saw the end result. I didnâ t have that knowledge but he certainly did! I canâ t say enough what great hands we were in during the whole process. Our addition is a show stopper.!"
"Of the three vendors that gave us quote, Cyrus, the US Builders owner, was the only one who actually had a vision for our bathroom. If was awesome to come home and see how much they were able to accomplish on a daily basis. Cyrus kept us informed what would be happening each day and did everything he said he would do on time and within budget. We liked his work and customer service so much we gave him a second project to remodel our powder room. We definitely plan to use US Builders again when we move to our next house. "
"We recommend United Residential Builders with 5-stars! Their professionalism, creative design and quality of work were outstanding. Our project included a complete kitchen remodel, hardwood floors throughout the first floor and a basement buildout including bedroom, kitchenette, rec room and bathroom. A major part of the kitchen remodel was the demolition of a 80s style brick cooktop/stove area and inserting a significant/primary LVL beam to provide an open-concept kitchen with an island. The open kitchen is beautiful!!! Being an engineer I was concerned about the significant structure change to the core of the house. But the owner of URB, Aiman, did an outstanding job of explaining and designing the support structure. I felt very comfortable with his knowledge and experience. Aiman was extremely helpful in the design of the project and provided ideas, options and tradeoffs. Aiman (the owner) and Mo (the PM) were on-site often to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. They were flexible in last-minute changes that I requested and the outcomes were fantastic. They were able to complete the project just before my daughters college graduation party and the guests were impressed. Eventhough the project took longer than expected and some additional costs were incurred due to the original house condition, overall it was a great experience with United Residential Builders and I would recommend them with high marks!"
"My main water supply pipe had burst so I called multiple companies. Faruk was the first to respond and show up on a weekend to inspect the damage and provide an estimate. Things I like about this company: 1. They were extremely responsive to my needs and questions 2. They honored their estimate even though there were a couple of unforeseen obstacles which increased the length of the project and possibly the cost to them 3. They negotiated the estimate lowering it considering my situation 4. They took care of all permits and inspections 5. They cleaned up after the project was done to the best of their abilities 6. They were upfront and honest about the damage to my lawn due to excavations 7. They were very courteous and professional Things they could improve: 1. The project took a little longer than anticipated. A lot of their work was manual which could have been fast tracked with the use of machinary i.e. digging etc. 2. We replaced the entire main pipe assuming that it was defective/polybutelene pipe since it was underground and flooded. We layer found out it was not the case but they proceeded anyway rather than fixing the broken length. While I think it was probably the safest choice it may not have been necessary and they never brought it up later. "
