I have a pool with a circulation problem. The pool was dirty and need to pinpoint the problem.
Cesareo came by to troubleshoot . He took out pool filters and sprayed the dirt off the filters. Very patient, well mannered and overall very friendly with the customer. When done all the circulation problem disappeared. Excellent work.

For the first 37 years in my home I maintained my pool myself. When this was no longer possible, Joe was the most impressive of the candidates I interviewed. He noticed things his competitors did not. After 8 months of using him, I would give him a A-/B+ grade. I am a hard grader. If something happens on his schedule, weekly pool service slips by a week because there is no backup. That is one of the trade offs in life that I can live with. In the early months of our association there were occasional time slippages of having things completed, which were not time critical, but I noted. I think he tries very hard to accommodate his customers.

I called the company to arrange for a service call because of a problem I was having with the pool circulation when the pump was running. Alex from the company gave me a call back and before he scheduled the service visit he asked me to send pictures of how my pool valves were configured. Based on that alone, he was able to diagnose the problem and give me the advice necessary to fix the issue without having to come out and without me having to pay for a service call. I very much appreciated his quick response, professionalism, and helpful advice.
