    Let me start by saying that Rick O. was a God send. My home in League City had a burst pipe during the freeze in February’21, and all of our flooring, baseboards, cabinets, and much of the sheet rock was water damaged beyond any simple fix. Aside from the quality of work Rick’s company performed (complete reflooring, baseboards, cabinetry, sheet rock, electrical, countertops, and on and on) I would say that his experience in the business and his responsiveness were what stood out to me the most. Rick helped me to negotiate with my insurance company on several occasions. He also either answers the phone, or will call you back the same day. The same applies for texts and emails. I can’t tell you how many other contractors I’ve seen over the years ghost you when their job is complete. Rick came back by my house on 2 separate occasions to help me maximize recoverable depreciation, weeks after his crew was done (my insurance company isn’t the friendliest). And the cherry on top was we came out well in the black financially when everything was said and done! Thanks Rick, for all of the off duty calls and texts over what were probably mundane questions. We would have literally been up to our ankles in a flooded home had it not been for your tireless efforts to get our house made whole again (and then some!), and quality custom work

    5 Star review because they arrived within an hour of us noticing our pipe bursts in three areas and were on it, setting up dehumidifiers and getting all the water out of the house. They worked with us and our insurance company tirelessly coordinating and refurbishing the damage to our home. Our home required all flooring to come out and be replaced (which was a huge task as the wood flooring was glued down). Also, all cabinets and bottom of drywall, shoe molds and trim had to be replaced. Eddie rebuilt all the cabinets. Painting, texturing, etc., they did it all. This is not your ordinary contractor, Eddie and his team care about the quality of their work product and will make sure it is to your standard and their standard, which is high! I highly recommend K & E Konstruxion and Dezign as they produce a quality product and go above and beyond

    Integrity, honesty and professionalism are few words describing Puroclean Restoration Specialists. After the unprecedented Texas winter storm in February 2021, I contacted this company to do mold remediation in a small area of my house. I talked with Ryan and he told me upfront that the company was very busy during that time and the waiting list would be 1.5 months long. Therefore, I could either wait for the company or find another company which could do the job sooner. However, if I have any questions or need referrals, Ryan would gladly help me on that. He did give me referrals on plumber and handyman. In addition, he listened to my concerns and answered technical questions with regard to mold remediation process. He did all these things out of kindness because he was fully aware that I might hire another company which could do the job sooner than his company.
