He was outstanding - thorough, careful, knowledgeable, explained his findings and all the options for treatment, and when he couldn't initially find evidence for his diagnosis (that there was a raccoon in an inaccessible part of our attic) he came back and kept inspecting the grounds until he found proof to pinpoint the tree that the raccoon was using for access, which we then removed. The rodenticide he used for the mice in the basement was effective and odorless. Both the attic and the basement wildlife problems are cured. Price was reasonable. We will subscribe to his quarterly maintenance program. Two of my neighbors have used him, and were delighted with the quality and outcome of the service. Recommend him highly. "
"I used Affordable Pest to capture and release a ground hog under my shed. They were terrific about staying in touch and letting me know when they were coming out to the property to set the trap for the ground hog. Note that it was late in the season -- late October, when the weather was just about to change. I must have the region's wiliest groundhog around, because it was as if he sensed I would try to get rid of him, but he was getting ready to hibernate. I saw him on the last hot Saturday of October, and he was huge. Clearly, he was ready for winter. The weather got just cold enough for him to not be tempted by whatever was in the trap. Affordable Pest didn't have any control over that -- and they caught instead a big fat raccoon that would cause more damage to my property than a groundhog. So, I can recommend the company, but success also has to do with the life cycle of the animal you are trying to get rid of. "
