    I migrated a few sites over to Cloudways from Flywheel using this plugin. It was fine but when I tried to install plugins on the migrated site, there was a critical error.

    Spoke to their support but they refused to take responsibility. blamed it on PHP, theme and plugin incompatibility and said this was out of the scope of service lol.

    On their sales page, it says 100% bug-free migration. Even their team that manually did the migration encountered this issue.
    What a joke of a service.

    Let’s try to sort this out 🙂 Also, it will be helpful for us to understand what went wrong and how we could improve the plugin.

    If you’ve experienced issues with it, there are probably more people out there using it and experiencing the same.
