I hired Deck Builders to build a fence and do some landscaping in my back yard, and they did an excellent job! I am a very satisfied customer! They were hard workers, the work they did was high-quality and done quickly, and their customer service was excellent. Peter followed up with me several times via phone. This contractor was very proactive when it came to the initial contact and bidding process. However once the project was underway, it took longer than we were told to finish. He took time off from our project to work on something else. This was a minor inconvenience. He was over-budget, but the bid was low compared to others. Nice people. Seem trustworthy. Workmanship was fair.

I was surprised these partners showed up without a ladder for a job that potentially involved a roofing problem. I felt they knew what they were doing and did a good job of identifying the source of the problems. It took awhile to get them back to finish up final sanding however they did show and pursued contact with me until it was done. As for budget, I'm always amazed at what it costs to get the work done however they estimated the job very closely so there really weren't any suprises. I would ask either of the partners back to do other work for me.
