Institutional Status and Requirements Report
The Institutional Status and Requirements Report (ISR Report) is a resource to allow CEOs or Accreditation Liaison Officers (ALOs) to review and manage information regarding the institution’s accreditation relationship. This report is intended to inform the institution only, and is not available to the public. It includes:
- The institution's complete history with HLC.
- Information on the status of current or upcoming accreditation events.
- Information on the institution’s designated pathway, stipulations and related events.
Request a Report
The Institutional Status and Requirements Report may only be requested by the CEO or ALO for an institution. The information submitted in the form below will be sent to HLC staff, who will verify that the CEO or ALO requesting the report is the person designated with HLC for that role. Once confirmed, staff will generate the report and email it to the CEO or ALO. If you have not received the report after two weeks, please contact This email address is being protected from spambots.
