Nick took my rough drawing, and made it so much better. I have a gorgeous front porch that strangers stop to comment on. The landscapers were reliable, conscientious, and did the work in a reasonable time. I was so pleased, that I hired them to install a back deck too. Now, I have wonderful outdoor spaces that I can relax, entertain & fill with flowers and plants.

Since the design and beginning stages of my deck build, I felt confident that I was going to end up with a deck that I had always dreamed of. Building a second story concrete deck felt overwhelming. I knew it was not a simple DIY project. Working with Lincoln builders, made this process seemless and enjoyable. From the beginning, Joe was transparent, knowledgeable, and knew exactly how to get my project started. He provided me with realistic timelines and explained the entire build process. It involved getting engineered plans, pouring concrete footings, structural framing, waterproofing, pouring concrete, and railing installation. He was able to start quickly and followed through with the process. He did an excellent job of keeping me informed on what was next. Now that my deck is done, I am glad I used Lincoln builders!!! I would recommend Lincoln builders for any project that you may need. The process was smooth and efficient. Now I can enjoy my deck that I have always wanted. I am confident that it will last for many years to come. Thank you!

They repaired and replaced rotted wood, caulked places that had never been caulked before (hence the wood rot), cleaned, primed and painted our house, and it looks beautiful! Their work crew was a pleasure to work with, friendly, polite and responsive to our concerns. They are highly skilled and their work shows it. Our job took a little longer than expected due to unforeseen issues - we needed to replace a gutter. They happily came back after the replacement to paint the gutter. Dave's bid was detailed and the price was competitive with other highly rated companies. Our house ended up requiring more paint than expected and Dave absorbed that cost. Dave Jackson and John Shields who managed our project, were easy to contact, always returned our calls promptly, and resolved concerns in a timely manner. I can't say enough good things about this company. They really do stellar work
