The relationship with my site foreman Rich and the owner Simone was awesome, They were very trust worthy, we were in a hotel for 6 months and were able to trust them with access to our home at their discretion through a key box. I asked for quotes then called NCT Management, one of the referrals from the list and got Nick. He said he would be there the next day at 7:45 am. I asked Nick to wear a mask due to Covid 19 and booties since we have carpet. Nick said no problem. Nick was prompt, professional and very nice. It only took him an hour and ten minutes to install my ceiling fan. Cool breezes from here on.

My Handyman was Daniel Castro. He was excellent. Prompt, and a fine carpenter. I can't say enough about him. He was efficient and cleaned up after the job. He is an asset to your company. David and Robin replaced the trim around both of my garage doors due to water damage/rot. They used vinyl trim, flashed, caulked, and repainted everything. David also walked around my house with me and pointed out several other areas of concern. He made it clear he was not trying for extra business since he had plenty. He mainly just wanted me to be aware of steps I could take to prevent future headaches and protect my house.
