Kevin Colwell of Colwell Construction is friendly. Gave me a reasonable quote for my roof. The quote nearly matched the insurance adjusters quote. Turn around from when I hired him to completion of the new roof was faster than I expected. I'm happy with my new roof.

The deck was completed in far less time then I thought it was going to take. This was not an easy job but Tony and crew got it done in record time. I was so please I asked for a bid on a landscaping job and had them do it as well. The wife was so happy to have that done and can not stop bragging to the neighbors how good they were. We have several other projects planned for next year and I plan to give them all the work I can. Thanks again guys for a great job.

After an understandable delay for rain, the crew arrived early in the morning to beat the heat. The roof was removed by 8:30 A.M. Lots of bad decking was discovered and replaced. While looking at the bad decking another problem, broken vent pipes, was discovered. They were able to have a plumber come and repair that before the put the decking down. Once the decking was down the men really started to work. Justine estimated that the job would be done by 6:00P.M. In fact they were finished and ready to leave by 5:30P.M. I was impressed by the efficient way the crew worked. And the cleanup was very good. They had several large magnets to find all of the nails that may have missed their cleanup.
If I ever need a new roof I would certainly use this company again and I would recommend Curant Construction, LLC to anyone in need of a new rood.

This was the most professional company I have had do work for me in a long time. They were on time, great quality workmanship, and the products they use were top notch. They came in and did a complete tear off of my house and garage roofs, and did it in 1.5 days. I am absolutely pleased with the finished product, and would recommend them to anyone.

We debated new siding for months and worked with Shawn through the entire process. He was extremely accommodating, knowledgeable, and patient. We felt a no pressure sales approach which was so nice for a change. This company uses quality products and expert installers. They finished our whole house in 2 and a half days (actually a little less). They have given our home a whole new seamless look and we have been getting nothing but compliments. Amazingly awesome experience. Bid came in $1,800 less than his competitors. Communications from bid to install and after was phenomenal.
Roof looks fantastic and work area cleaned up and immaculate after job was completed.
