    Very happy with the outcome. Taylor analyzed the situation to ensure that there we no mitigating factors why a pressure relief was leaking (e.g. a failing PRV). Provided multiple options to address the leaking pressure relief valve (not on water heater, but a separately installed valve was leaking). After deciding on the valve replacement option, the work was completed within the hour (including picking up parts from a supply warehouse). Work area was left as found and the new installation looks better aligned with a faucet right next to it than before. The high quality part should last another 15-20 years. Taylor provided some education on the water system and the current setup, as to be able to look for any other signs in the future of something not working correctly with the plumbing before it becomes a problem. Also realigned the water pressure inside the house. The company's service is not inexpensive compared to some others out there. I still felt it was worth the investment

    The final renovation is great! Getting there was not easy. We called them many times checking on the schedule instead of them letting us know ahead of time when they were coming. Lots of waiting on material and craftsmen. I don’t believe this was all due to the COVID pandemic.

    Mac and Carl both worked on the pipe in my front yard. I had a leak that has been there for years. Got several quotes from several people all saying it was a huge job that would cost thousands of dollars. I called Two Brothers Plumbing for a quote after reading some rave reviews on Home Advisor. I was not disappointed. They came out the very next morning (at no charge, free quote….AMAZING!…because that is evidently not common). They examined my water line and were confident they could fix the problem easily enough. They had come in a Friday to diagnose the problem but contacted me on Sunday to set a time to come out the following day and got right to work. The existing pipe line, water spigot and valves needed updating in order to fix the leak. They fixed the issues and replaced the old parts. And they were AFFORDABLE. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were kind, thorough and professional. They were able to diagnose and explain the problem to me and fix it. They were quick to make an appointment and get the job done. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing assistance

    They failed to install correctly. Flex-tubing ruptured and spewed water everywhere. They came our and replaced flex-tubing and cleaned up the water. They failed to correctly install pressure relief valve. They also failed to tightly fasten the water heater to the wall. Now the water-heater has corroded electrical components from the water and blows the circuit breaker. No other contractor will touch the job because they do not want to be liable for it. NewWRX does not return my calls (2 calls), I have left messages to call me on their answering machine

    Not an honest company, technician Jame did not perform the work order which was to fix the broken pipe and install the clean out as he has promised when we spoke on the phone. The cost for the work was $1200. The broken pipe happen to be a damaged baffle in a septic system. Instead of fixing the pipe, James was just recommend unnecessary work that does not solve my broken pipe problem. He ended up recommend digging around the septic and call it a change in work order. Have us signed a blank sheet of change in work order. Our broken pipe hasn’t been fix nor the installation of a clean out was perform. We ended up with a bill of $1200 just to expose the dirt. That price is not even including the backfill. Thank god I did not ask them to backfill. I can’t imagine another $1200 for the backfill!! We had to called a licensed Septic company and they charge $350 to expose and backfill. We Had them install a baffle and backfill for $900. These company is a scam, misleading to try to make end meat and scam you out of your money. Remember they will not fix your work order and will left you with a outrageous bill!!! Would not recommend to anyone!!
