I contacted Trio Plumbing about a hot water tank replacement, and he quoted a price to me for a standard removal and installation of the new tank over the phone which many other plumbers were insistent they could not do until they were onsite.
Once at my home, Frank was quick to diagnose the problem and suggested a repair instead. He replaced the broken parts and in less than an hour from the time he arrived, I had hot water again for the first time in three days.
I plan on contacting Trio plumbing for all future plumbing issues and wholeheartedly recommend him to others. In addition, he came out on a Sunday and did not charge an additional after-normal business hour fee as many other plumbers impose.
