Posted by Cristina B. on 07/11/2021 We needed a repair to our sewer line due to a root intrusion and Rob at PDX Sewer Solutions provided thorough and excellent service. He gave us a detailed explanation of what he was going to do and often explained the historical context of why we had certain types of pipes and how they were installed. He also described past sewage issues that previous owners of our home likely experienced, which he showed us evidence of on the pipe itself (this wasn't related to the job he was doing for us but it was interesting to know). He even showed us his work at multiple points during the job. Not only was he able to schedule us in a short time frame, but he didn't "add on" expenses to the job once he started working. Although we know that's how this type of work goes sometimes since there are surprises once you actually see the materials, we were glad it didn't happen this time. On top of that, he was fun to work with! Great sense of humor and personable. We would highly recommend Rob's services to other people.

Posted by Dan L. on 06/20/2021 These guys were great, professional, and just plain nice people. Had a system installed shortly after the water sample results from their test arrived. The system was installed about a year ago, still working great. No sulfur smell, or staining of sinks and toilets. My wife is a happy camper. They put the pump in about 7 years ago before we lived here and did an awesome job at that too.
