My project was very small it was only approximately 200 ft.² for replacement of a storage shed roof. Sean and his team came out exactly when they said they would be there and in no time at all three of them were able to completely replace the roof. They used architectural shingles with the new synthetic type of underlayment system by gaf as well as all new flashing all the way around. "There was a couple of small problems. The first was when the driver delivered the dumpster and he was not very good at backing up and cut some ruts in the yard. When the roof was being installed I understood that a special starter strip was to be installed on all of the edges and and on the drip edge but as the shingles were being installed near the peak I see the installer using a shingle instead of the strip that they used on the lower edges. The roof has a warranty so if it causes problems they can come and fix it. They worked hard in 95 degree heat and it looks good so I am happy. "

These guys fell short of a one day delivery but showed up in a timely manner to work on a Saturday to get it done. One word of advice. A re-shingle is a messy job. Expect there to be some waist in the yard. No mater who you hire or what they promise. It is impossible to get it all. "
